Refund policy

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or order confirmation is also required.

If your return is approved we'll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. Contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong product, so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Feel free to contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the current one. Once your return is approved you can place a new order for the replacement.


Right of withdrawal (14 days – United Kingdom)

If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, in line with UK consumer contract regulations.

The item must still be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We'll let you know as soon as we've received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process the refund.
